Restaurant operations manager at Emmix Global Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and agile Restaurant operations manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of our dining venue. The preferred candidate will be in charge of preserving high guidelines of food, service, and client fulfillment, while making sure profit margin and a positive operating environment.

Primary duties

• Supervise both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) processes, making sure smooth service and information exchange between teams.
• Hire, educate, oversee, and assess employee output. Offer mentoring and response to enhance service standard.
• Track food, beverage, and stock inventories. Order inventory as needed and ensure productive inventory rotation.
• Preserve high guidelines of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in adherence with local & national rules.
• Manage client questions, response, and service issues in a specialist manner to guarantee visitor fulfillment.
• Help with menu organizing, campaigns, and promotion programs to draw in clients and generate income.
• Oversee work expenses, planning, wage processing, and execute cost-regulatory actions.
• Organize routine, on a weekly basis, and every month financial statements. Track sales, financial plan variances, and key indicators.
• Verify that every dining venue tools is preserved and processes are not disrupted by breakdowns or lack of assets.

Credentials & Competencies

• Education in hotel management Management, Business Management, or relevant field is a plus.
• At least 3 years of expertise in a leadership or leadership position in hotel management or dining venue processes.
• Solid understanding of F&B processes, portion regulate, and quality benchmarks.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and client support competencies.
• Capability to operate productively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Good corporate & schedule control abilities.
• Skilled with dining venue POS operational structures and basic finance Management.
• Competent of inspiring employees and building a collaborative environment.
