Admissions Officer at Charterhouse Lagos in Lagos

Position Overview

This position is in charge of offering highly efficient data governance, recordkeeping, school tours, and general management obligations, helping the team to register the target number of certifying students into the school each year and supplying a smooth expertise for parents and children.

Duties

• Work alongside the Brand and communications team to implement targeted promotional initiatives, engage in hiring process events, and foster connections with parents and other participants.
• Offer outstanding client support to potential parents throughout the admissions process.
• Address questions promptly and competently and offer precise and thorough information about the school’s syllabus, admissions qualifications, and application standardized processes.
• Organize and manage student running test and evaluation standardized processes, which includes entrance exams, interviews, and language skill tests.
• Help in coordinating the admissions application process, which includes collecting and arranging application materials, tracking candidate status, and making sure all necessary recordkeeping is finalize.
• Timetable and carry out family visits offering personalised tours, responding questions, and highlighting the unique components of the school.
• Preserve precise and current student information and admissions associated data in the school’s management information system.
• Produce documentation and help in analysing registration practices and patterns. Ensure information accuracy and assist the development of a complete potential opportunity and candidate tracking system.
