HR Expert at Sagad Farms Limited in Rano, Kano

Position summary

This is a full-time, in-field position for a HR Expert located in Rano. The HR Expert will manage daily Human resources duty which includes conceptualizing and executing Human resources rules, coordinating employee perks, and monitoring staff administration. The expert will also handle employee matters, preserve employee records, and assist Human resources management in making sure a efficient office.

Development & Development:

• Recognize ability differences and produce capacity-building plans for employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with external trainers and institutions to upskill employees.
• Execute executive guidance and capacity-building programs to strengthen the staff.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ Human resources expertise (ideally in agribusiness, FMCG, or production operations).
• Solid understanding of Nigerian employment regulation and Human resources industry standards.
• Clear articulation, executive guidance, and people skills.
• Verified ability to oversee hiring process, workplace engagement, and results tracking operational structures.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to balance people needs with strategic objectives.
