Project Overview 

The Project possesses been established to strategize finance, supply, operate, and preserve a 71-km highway. The project goals to improve regional structure, promote economic development, and supply long-term maintainable development. The Head Finance officer (CFO) is a key member of the senior management team, accountable for managing the finance Management, financing plan, and financial long-term viability of the project.

Objective of the Position 

The CFO will head LLHL’s financial plan, making sure the productive distribution of assets, strong financial regulates, and maintainable financing. The CFO will supervise all financial processes, which includes financial planning, finance reporting, procurement, and financing terms, while making sure adherence with compliance-related and compliance qualifications.

Procurement Monitoring:

Supervise procurement plans and methods to guarantee cost-effectiveness, transparency, and adherence with procurement rules. Ensure vendor and vendor payments match with project achievements and binding obligations.

Participant Relation:

  • Serve as a key point of reach out for financial participants, which includes shareholders, lenders, investors, and compliance-related bodies.
  • Organize and show financial status reports, projections, and effectiveness documentation to board of directors, top management, and external participants.
  • Build solid connections with financial associates to guarantee resumed assist for LLHL.

Credentials and Expertise 

  • Professional certification which includes CPA, ACCA, ICAN, CFA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a CFO or top level financial executive in large-scale structure projects, ideally in emerging markets.
  • Competence in development funding, which includes PPPs, equity/debt funding, and risk mitigation strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of structure development, building funding, and land development economics.
  • Understanding with Nigerian compliance-related frameworks, tax legal provisions, and international finance reporting guidelines (IFRS).
  • Exhibited capability to participate with investors, lenders, and other financial participants productively.
