Role description

• The Centre is looking for a highly structured and initiative-driven Office assistant to join our team.
• The preferred candidate for the post should normally have 5 Credits, which includes English and Mathematics at one sitting (SSCE/WASSCE).
• The candidate will offer crucial managerial assist to guarantee the smooth process of routine initiatives inside the company.

Primary duties

• Manage daily managerial duty to assist workspace processes.
• Preserve precise submitting operational structures (physical and electronic) for easy retrieval of documents.
• Offer clerical assist which includes typing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Protect privacy and uphold corporate rules at all times.
• Help in planning sessions, getting ready schedules, and preserving records.

Credentials & Expertise

• 5 Credits, which includes English and Mathematics at one siting (WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent) is essential.
• Competence in MS Workspace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Robust corporate, information exchange, and people skills.
