Role summary

We are looking for a driven and client-focused individual to join our team as a Customer experience Officer. The preferred candidate will be in charge of making sure an outstanding expertise for our patients from the moment they enter our practice until their exit.

Primary duties

• Welcome and greet patients upon arrival, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Oversee patient assignments, questions, and follow-ups promptly and productively
• Ensure the waiting zone and reception are clean, structured, and professional in appearance
• Help in preserving patient records and private information
• Organize with the clinical team to guarantee smooth patient flow and handle any patient matters
• Collect response from patients to constantly enhance our solutions and patient expertise
• Manage payment financial record and coverage requests precisely

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Hospitality, or relevant field with 3-6 years of expertise.
• Demonstrated expertise in a client support position, ideally in a healthcare setting
• Clear articulation and people skills
• Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities
• Expertise in dental standardized processes and terminology will be an added advantage
• Competence in Office productivity software applications.
