Position Overview

The Warehouse Brand promoter is in charge of pushing product sales directly from the warehouse, making sure clients are properly participated to, and assisting the allocation of goods. This position blends promotion, client support, and light stock synchronization to attain revenue goals and preserve smooth warehouse processes.

Client Relation & Service:

• Participate to clients promptly and competently at the warehouse.
• Accept and process client orders, making sure precision and on-time completion.
• Manage client service issues or report to higher support tier them to the manager as required.

Warehouse Assist:

• Organize with store officer/warehouse employees to guarantee product accessibility.
• Track inventory levels of efficient-moving items and documentation shortages to the manager.
• Ensure goods are well-organized and displayed for easy entry and good visual communication.

Credentials & Competencies

• OND / NCE or equivalent in Promotion, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 1 – 3 years of expertise in promotion, sales, or warehouse processes.
• Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate with minimal oversight and reach targets.
• Basic expertise in stock management and document keeping.
• Good numeracy and bargaining ability.
