Position Overview

The Chief operator is in charge of offering entire executive guidance, organizational approach, and business monitoring for the factory’s various units – bakery, water, ice cream, ice restrict, and juice generation. This position ensures most effective generation effectiveness, product standard, legal adherence, and profit margin while preserving a safe, efficient, and inspired staff.

QA & Adherence:

• Execute and track quality assurance operational structures across all product lines.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and compliance guidelines (NAFDAC, SON, ecological legal provisions).
• Carry out periodic inspections and audits to preserve product standard and plant hygiene.

Team lead & Development:

• Head, motivate, and oversee plant managers, supervisors, and employees across all generation lines.
• Formulate and execute capacity-building plans to enhance employees ability and effectiveness.
• Settle workplace engagement concerns and advance an environment that fosters collaboration, responsibility, and safety.

HSE (HSE):

• Ensure full compliance to office safety guidelines and standardized processes.
• Advocate a safe organizational culture and arrange consistent safety drills and Health, safety, and environment development.
• Explore incidents/accidents and execute corrective and preventive actions.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Industrial Management, Food Science, Engineering, or relevant field (Master of business administration preferred).
• 7–10 years’ expertise in production operations management, ideally in FMCG/F&B sector.
• Effective guidance, strategic judgment, and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding expertise in generation organizing, process optimization, and standards oversight operational structures.
• Competence in MS Workspace and Enterprise platform planning operational structures.
• Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
