Duties

• Oversee all financial financial record and records of J3 Foods and Store International
• Execute organized accounting methods and robust internal financial regulates.
• Formulate, record, and ensure adherence to internal financial rules, standardized processes, and processes.

• Organize and send precise every month, every quarter, and yearly financial statements for management evaluate.

• Oversee, train, and offer ongoing direction to Accounting officers.

• Routinely audit stock (warehouse), procurement, and sales records to guarantee precision and adherence.

• Supervise money movement management to preserve adequate liquidity.
• Recognize cost-saving avenues and execute profit advancement plans.
• Formulate a organized system for payment verification to guarantee accounts receivable are validated promptly.
• Execute automated payment tracking operational structures for transparency.
• Track credit sales, accounts outstanding invoices, and aggressively check in on overdue payments.
• Supervise wage processing processing to guarantee precise conclusions and prompt remittances.
• Guarantee adherence with VAT, corporate taxes, and other statutory obligations.
• Offer financial findings to assist the MD and executive team’s strategic judgment.
• Recognize financial risks and endorse risk reduction plans.
• Advise on financial opportunities and profit margin upgrades.

Credentials

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification or Higher national diploma with 4-8 years of expertise.
