Position Overview

The Warehouse Recovery Officer is in charge of coordinating and recovering outstanding outstanding invoices connected with warehouse processes, which includes supplier balances, impaired goods requests, and lost inventory recoveries. This position ensures responsibility inside the warehouse, matches discrepancies, and sustains precise recovery records to reduce financial loss for the organization.

Ongoing development & Assist:

• Propose process enhancements to speed up recovery timelines and reduce recurring losses.
• Assist capacity-building plans for warehouse employees on responsibility, proper managing, and loss prevention.
• Engage in periodic audits and inventory counts as necessary.

Credentials & Competencies

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 2 - 4 years of expertise in debt recovery, stock regulate, or finance processes.
• Robust bargain and analytical abilities.
• Good expertise in warehouse methods, stock operational structures, and basic accounting principles.
• High level of honesty and reliability, meticulousness, and persistence.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Competence in MS Excel and basic Enterprise platform planning/financial system.
