Position Overview

The COO will lead day-to-day activities, making sure implementation of plan, process effectiveness and cross-operational alignment across strategic collaborations, corporate identity, finance and tech. The position concentrates on scaling the business, coordinating financial plans and building solid connections with participants.

Primary duties

• Head daily processes and supervise operational teams (strategic collaborations, corporate identity, administrator, technology).
• Convert plan into implementable strategies with clear achievements.
• Track KPIs (installs, appointments, revenues, work collaboratively signups) and ensure dispatch.
• Foster connections with airlines, bus operators, authorities, and key associates.
• Oversee financial plans, process risk, and adherence.
• Ensure adherence with transport, aviation, and financial technology rules.
• Hire, educate, and train operational team directs.
• Head every quarter business assessments and functional performance status updates.
• Recognize and minimize business risks through contingency organizing.
• Ensure alignment between tech, strategic collaborations, and customer experience plans.

Credentials & Qualifications

• At least an Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree academic qualification in Business Management, Management, Economics, Transport Management, or relevant field.
• MSC (Master of business administration or equivalent) is firmly preferred.
• Specialist qualifications in Processes, Project coordination (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or Finance is a plus.
• 12+ years of expertise in processes (aviation, transport, financial technology, or technology new venture).
• Effective guidance and implementation prejudice.
• Expertise with scaling teams and coordinating P&L.
• Expertise with adherence, risk mitigation strategy, and compliance-related relation.
• Robust analytics-based strategic judgment and KPI tracking.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and cross-operational executive guidance.
