Job Description

Position Profile

  • The Chief of Total Benefits is in charge of the design and execution of a complete, company-wide remuneration plan that aligns with the OPEC Financial support’s targets of making sure a fair and attractive employee benefits programme.
  • This position make sure that remuneration and perks rules are in line with the company's Human resources plan and upgraded on a uninterrupted basis.
  • The role manages wage processing, remuneration and perks, employee management, and employee offboarding.
  • The incumbent directs a team at the headquarters in Vienna.  

Perks Management:

  • Designs, assessments, and executes advantage programs and communications
  • Evaluates industry trends to enhance perks offerings
  • Ensures rules match with corporate needs and endorses modifications
  • Executes effect evaluations for regulatory framework changes
  • Observes advantage utilization, financial effect, and long-term viability
  • Serves as the escalation point for perks questions and delivers regulatory framework strategic guidance. 

Audit & Adherence:

  • Guarantee adherence with incentive rules and compliance guidelines
  • Directs remuneration benchmarking, reward strategy management, and internal equity evaluation
  • Deals with audit findings with maintainable initiatives

Credentials and Expertise

  • MSC in HR, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a strongly connected site with a minimum of 10 years of applicable industry experience, of which five (5) years should possess been from an international financial or development institution
  • Bsc in HR, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or strongly connected site with a minimum of 15 years of progressively in charge related experience, of which five (5) years should possess been from international financial or development institution, may be assessed in lieu of a MSC
  • A minimum of five (5) years of executive work expertise is essential
  • Deep and thorough expertise in remuneration & perks notions, principles of remuneration management, perks, which includes market industry standard is essential
  • Expertise in Human resources regulatory framework and Human resources processes is highly preferred
  • Capability to operate independently, submit application logical and quantitative competencies to recognize concerns or challenges
  • Capability to recognize and proposal suggestions for enhancements, and work alongside to guarantee consolidation with other rules, operational structures, and procedures
  • Deep understanding of applicable technical solutions, operational workflows, or channels is crucial
  • Exhibited expertise in Human resources-associated zones beyond remuneration and perks to coordinate linkages with the broader department and institution
  • Capability to arrange, prioritize, and supply prompt under high pressure
  • Comprehensive expertise and competence in Total Benefits, empowering proficient process of the OPEC Financial support's Human resources procedures, standardized processes, and programs is crucial
  • Capability to recognize and diagnose needs. Capability to coordinate and execute interventions in order to handle needs and lead transformation 
  • Capability to work alongside productively with highly multifaceted teammates
  • Capability to convey transparently with multifaceted target groups, which includes non-technical target groups
  • Fluent in English. Good practical understanding of Arabic, French or Spanish is a plus
