Duties

• Formulate and supervise promotion, Public relations, and growth plans across radio, FM, digital, and social platforms channels.
• Lead business expansion while nurturing creativeness and partnership.
• Design and execute operational structures, methods, and plans for long-term viability and growth.
• Supervise organizing, financial planning, and financial effectiveness tracking.
• Head digital transformation endeavors to enhance how content is fulfilled and how target groups engage.
• Build and head a top-performing top management and promote an environment that fosters responsibility and creative invention.
• Act as the corporate identity’s spokesperson, advocating it with associates, participants, and authorities.
• Expect technological disruptions and role the station for future attractiveness.
