Chief of Recovery at People Capacity Management in Lagos

Job Description

Head and oversee the recovery team in charge of collections from delinquent accounts.
Formulate and execute productive recovery plans to optimize the recovery of overdue payments.
Track routine, on a weekly basis, and every month recovery effectiveness against KPIs and targets.
Preserve precise and current records of recovery endeavors and payment structured.
Organize with lawful teams for escalated cases requiring litigation or litigation.
Engage with clients to bargain repayment strategies where suitable.
Evaluate project sample data to recognize practices, risks, and avenues for workflow optimization.

Bsc in Finance, Business Management, Law, or a relevant field.
2–3 years of expertise in loan recovery, collections, credit management, or a similar position in financial solutions.
Deep knowledge of collections/recovery methods, credit risk, and compliance-related frameworks.
Outstanding bargain, information exchange, and people skills.
Capability to operate under pressure and oversee a high volume of accounts.
Skilled in using recovery and collections applications and MS Workspace.
Expertise with digital collection resources or financial technology recovery channels.
Expertise in local debt recovery legal provisions and compliance guidelines.
