Position Objective

• Director of Product Management is a highly prominent position at Moniepoint. Directors of Product are in charge of building a product, running it, and owning its effectiveness from begin to finish of the product’s lifecycle.
• Your product will possess set KPIs with targets to attain. You will be directly in charge of delivering these targets.
• You will possess a team directly status updates to you to assist you accomplish your targets, which will comprise of Engineering Managers, Software Engineers, QAs, UI/UX professionals, and individuals advocating Adherence and Finance.
• At Moniepoint the client is a key participant.

Duties Management:

• Assume responsibility of the KPIS, and accomplish connected targets for the product
• Prioritise and implement programs to attain the product’s targets in the fastest and top-performing way possible.

User Exploratory phase:

• Produce, strategy and implement user analysis to lead business results.

Product Development:

Qualifications

• The applicant must possess a Bsc. We possess a robust preference for applicants with degrees in a technical site.
• The applicant must possess 8+ years of expertise, of which 5+ must be directly in product management.
• The applicant must possess performed in agile, high-growth technology or finance environments, with expertise coordinating technical goods and cross-operational teams.
• The applicant must possess shown clear evidence of self-motivated entrepreneurialism.
• Domain expertise (where relevant- to be advised on a case-by-case basis).

Competencies:

• Comprehension of web, mobile and backend technical solutions, and expertise possessing technical discussions with technical groups.
• Robust competence in collecting data, interpreting it, and using data to prioritise programs and get internal buy-in.
• Competence in UX. Ideally inside a financial technology, banking or tech company.
