Entire Duties

The Cash Base Move Officer will be in charge of productively executing cash-based move support. He will also execute expert and standardized cashier interventions programme-associated methods and initiatives to assist the efficient dispatch of support bundles.

Capacity Development:

• Oversee, employ, and orient team members, as necessary.
• Produce and sustain a work environment of reciprocal regard where team members strive to attain superiority.
• Advance Responsibility, convey requirements, and offer feedback criticism through consistent effectiveness assessments.
• Offer team members with information, resources, and other assets to enhance effectiveness and reach targets.
• Support to country team-building endeavors, assist team members detect issue-solving options, and ensure the consolidation of all team members into applicable strategic judgment methods.
• Recognize any differences or capacity needs inside the team and ensure development and skills development are merged into programme organizing.
