Position overview
- We are looking for an skilled and creative AI & Automatic control Expert to join our guard and processes teams.
- This position will concentration on designing, building, and preserving AI-powered initiatives to improve our cybersecurity capabilities, streamline guard processes, and automate issue resolution process.
- The preferred candidate will possess in-depth understanding in large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Production (RAG), and CI/CD principles, with a deep knowledge of guard industry standards.
Responsibilites
- Design and execute RAG initiatives: Build strong pipelines covering record ingestion, preprocessing, embeddings, and secure query implementation. Architect and preserve vector store initiatives using technical solutions like Chroma, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Produce and oversee LLM prompts: Formulate and preserve generation-grade prompt design frameworks, system prompts, and metadata plans to guarantee high-precision, applicable, and secure responses while minimizing model hallucination.
- Execute AI model compliance: Establish and ensure adherence to a oversight structure for model selection, balancing cost and effectiveness. Supervise prompt and version tracking, establish model assessment indicators, carry out prejudice and safety checks, and oversee authorization gates for generation deploying.
- Formulate automatic control connectors and orchestrations: Combine LLM agents with core guard and IT channels, which includes Rapid7, SecPod, Sophos, and ticketing operational structures (JIRA/ServiceNow), using secure APIs and vetted playbooks.
- Build MLOps pipelines: Produce and oversee CI/CD pipelines for prompts and models. Execute automated running test, version regulate for data and models, supervising for latency, precision, and drift, and formulate automated retraining processes.
- Ensure adherence to information security measures: Design and execute strong regulates for PII and sensitive data. This comprises data redaction, encryption, regulatory framework enforcement, and coordinating data residency qualifications.
- Establish human-in-the-loop processes: Produce methods for human response collection, build annotation tools utility, and execute monitored fine-tuning loops to constantly enhance model effectiveness and precision.
- Author business playbooks: Formulate and preserve runbooks, safety checks, and abuse regulates (which includes rate limiting and confirmation) and produce issue resolution process playbooks for possibility model misuse.
- Work alongside cross-departmentally: Collaborate with the Soc (SOC), Discovery Engineering, Structure, and Development teams to combine model results into discovery regulations and automated remediation with suitable position-based authorization (RBAC) and authorization processes.
- Offer guidance and direction: Train entry-level engineers on industry standards in prompt engineering, embedding methods, and secure, manufacturing prepared AI deploying plans.
