Overview

We are looking for an skilled Human resources Manager with a established history in a Chinese organisation or factory environment. The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive Human resources leadership background and a strong insight of Human resources industry standards in a production operations or industrial setting.

Primary duties

• Supervise the full spectrum of Human resources processes, which includes hiring process, orientation, results tracking, workplace engagement, and succession organizing.
• Formulate and execute Human resources rules and standardized processes that match with local work legal provisions and organisation targets.
• Oversee wage processing, remuneration, and perks management.
• Promote a positive work environment and preserve robust employee relation.
• Advise management on strategic Human resources organizing and employee development.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and work rules.
• Organize productively with Chinese management and adjust Human resources methods to assist cross-cultural processes.

Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field (MSC or Human resources qualifications is a plus).
• At least 8 years of Human resources leadership background, with a minimum of 3 years operating in a Chinese organisation or factory.
• Deep understanding of Nigerian work legal provisions and Human resources industry standards.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate productively in a diverse and dynamic production operations environment.
