Job Description

Recognize, hire, and onboard possibility customers within allocated networks.
Teach customers on microfinance goods (loans, savings, and coverage).
Carry out credit appraisals, business evaluations, and group formation.
Oversee loan disbursement, repayments, and project sample supervising.
Check in on overdue accounts and ensure loan recovery.
Build and preserve robust customer connections through consistent visits.
Offer financial literacy and client education sessions.
Organize precise documentation on project sample effectiveness and customer initiatives.
Guarantee adherence with institutional rules and compliance guidelines.

Certification / Academic qualification in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or relevant field.
Prior expertise in microfinance, banking, or sales is a plus.
Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
Capability to operate in the site and engage with networks.
Good logical, bargain, and analytical abilities.
High honesty and reliability and dedication to customer support.
