Position Overview

We are seeking a initiative-driven and adaptable HR Officer to assist the development and execution of Human resources plans, rules, and standardized processes. The successful applicant will lead hiring process, workplace engagement, results tracking, and Human resources adherence across our group of companies.

Primary duties

• Assist comprehensive hiring process methods.
• Preserve employee records and guarantee adherence with work legal provisions.
• Help in results tracking and evaluation operational structures.
• Manage workplace engagement, grievance, and disciplinary standardized processes.
• Organize employees development, orientation, and development programs.
• Assist Human resources regulatory framework development and workplace culture programs.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in HR Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• 2–4 years’ practical Human resources expertise.
• Expertise in Nigerian employment regulation and Human resources industry standards.
• Outstanding interpersonal, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Robust corporate and recordkeeping competencies.
• Specialist qualifications (CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
