Fleet Officer - Set Up / Activation / Recordkeeping at Max Drive in Lagos

Vehicle Setup:

• Ensure the prompt setup of vehicles from starting dispatch to activation.
• Upload precise vehicle description into VAMS upon dispatch and modify until activation.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for painting, brand identity, and other setup-associated methods to guarantee prompt preparedness.
• Coordinate with the Recordkeeping team to guarantee vehicle plate numbers, coverage, and other recordkeeping are fulfilled in time for activation.
• Check in on the setup process until the vehicle is activated.
• Organize sorting and structured of vehicles appointed for other sites, and check in until dispatch is validated.
• Guarantee promptness solution of coverage-associated matters, which includes renewals and requests.
• Hand over recordkeeping to Champions once employ-buy (HP) is finished.
• Stock Processes: Oversee stock records and problem spare parts as necessary.
• Managerial Processes: Oversee the unit-specific float card and petty expenditures.

Qualifications

• At least Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
• 2 years fleet management
• Logistics industry preference.
