Role summary
- We are looking for a highly proficient and visionary Art Director to head innovative projects from idea to implementation.
- The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in ideation, design, illustration, multimedia video generation, and animated visuals, making sure premium quality graphics narrative creation across various channels.
- This position requires a combination of practical innovative work and team lead, partnering with copywriters, plan, and customers to supply captivating ad marketing.
Team & Project coordination:
- Train and mentor entry-level UI/UX professionals, offering feedback criticism.
- Head ideation, ideation, and implementation of graphics directions.
- Work alongside copywriters, strategists, and customers to align graphics with communication tone.
- Oversee various projects, making sure due dates and corporate identity guidelines are fulfilled.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in art direction, graphic design, or multimedia generation (agency expertise preferred).
- Robust project sample demonstrating ad marketing, animated visuals, and video work.
- Expertise top innovative teams and coordinating customer requirements.
- Comprehension of practices in digital marketing, animation design, and social platforms.
