Duties

• Head the ideation and implementation of creative assets across various digital channels.
• Work alongside customers and internal participants to comprehend targets and convert them into efficient graphics plans.
• Produce agile and compelling motion video content in sync with corporate identity targets.
• Support creative creative thoughts and plans during brainstorming sessions.
• Oversee and train entry-level team members, offering direction and response to guarantee project success.
• Carry out market analysis and rival evaluation to recognize avenues for graphics differentiation.
• Show design concepts and plans productively to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or relevant field.
• 4+ years of expertise in art direction within a digital agency.
• Proficient abilities in animated visuals and video content formation.
• Robust project sample demonstrating innovative perspective and digital design proficiency.
• Competence in Adobe Innovative Suite (After Outcomes, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design resources.
• Outstanding project coordination competencies and capability to deliver on time.
• Capability to work alongside productively with customers and cross-operational teams.
