Duties
- Oversee and organize the initiatives of security staff during allocated changes.
- Carry out consistent inspections of security staff to guarantee compliance to procedures and guidelines.

- Formulate and execute capacity-building plans for current and prospective security staff.
- Address crisis conditions and offer direction to staff during crises.

Qualifications
- Interested applicants should have an OND, Higher national diploma, or Bsc
- Demonstrated expertise in guard processes or law enforcement, requiring at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Effective guidance and team leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and shape others.
- Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies for efficient status updates and engagement with employees.
- Capability to evaluate and address crisis conditions promptly and productively.
- Expertise in guard tech and tools, which includes surveillance operational structures.
- Competence in system issue status updates and records management software.
- A secondary school certificate or equivalent.
- Capability to hire, educate and deploy security staff.
- Capability to acquire possibility customers for the organization.
