Primary duties
- Industry Concentration: Head merchant-obtaining endeavors in key sectors, which includes but not limited to transportation, commute agencies, premium experience bus operators, logistics, courier solutions, and ride-exchanging channels (e.g., Bolt & Uber)
- Building relationship: Formulate strong connections with top merchants in the targeted sectors, nurturing linkages with key decision-makers
- Team Management: Supervise a team of Key Account Managers in charge of obtaining and coordinating large merchants inside the appointed verticals
- Network Development: Leverage an comprehensive network to recognize avenues, comprehend merchant needs, and advance the company's initiatives for shared fulfillment
- Industry Relation: Actively engage in industry-associated events to expand connections with key merchants, staying current on sector practices and hurdles
- Affiliation Strategic collaborations: Work alongside key associations inside the targeted verticals to coordinate merchant purchase and strengthen industry linkages
- Key Account Servicing & maintenance: Oversee connections with key accounts, making sure their fulfillment and promptly dealing with any matters
- Grievance Solution: On-time settlement of merchant service issues, making sure high client fulfillment
- Network Growth: Constantly build networks inside the allocated verticals, recognizing fresh opportunities for merchant purchase
- Service understanding: Formulate a complete comprehension of the company's goods and solutions, leading others and productively sharing information value propositions to merchants.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Business promotion & sales or associated fields
- 8-10 years of expertise in Merchant Business within Financial technology or a Business-related Bank, with a concentration on coordinating large merchants
- Clear expression and people skills
- Established history of success in key account management, ideally inside the financial technology industry
- Expertise in coordinating top-performing sales teams
- Adaptive schedule, result-oriented mentality, and a dedicated attitude
- Self-driven and competent of operating independently to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Previous expertise in Client support will be an added advantage.
