About The Position

The Transaction Supervising Evaluator shall report to the direction of the Head, Fraud Initiatives Management to identify and prevent fraudulent/suspicious financial record from clients’ accounts. Transaction Supervising Officers will work jointly with the fraud prevention officers and fraud investigative and prosecution officers to guarantee that fraud risks are productively handled.

Duties

  • Evaluate E-Channel financial record and recognize suspicious and unusual patterns and actions
  • Ensure suspicious financial record are flagged for additional assessments, and liens are placed on fraudulent inflows.
  • Reach out clients to confirm the credibility of financial record using the enterprise’s applications and resources
  • Explore, recognize and ensure fraudulent accounts are prevented or restricted from carrying out financial record.
  • Track clients’ accounts and financial record to decide those with high fraud risks.
  • Documentation suspicious outflows to recipient institutions and work alongside external parties, which includes financial institutions and law enforcement agencies to salvage capital
  • Convey fraudulent outflows/inflows to the Fraud Investigative & Prosecution Team for thorough investigative.
  • Organize prompt documentation on fraudulent financial record and work alongside other teams to guarantee adherence with organizational guidelines and compliance obligations.

Credentials

Bsc in a applicable field (which includes accounting, business management, computer science, IT, cyber security, economics). Applicable accounting or guard qualifications which includes ACA, CFE, Guard+ is a plus.

Expertise:

2 - 4 years of expertise in transaction supervising, client support, fraud investigative or fraud examination with competence in using fraud discovery software and resources in Banking, Finance, FMCG, Coverage, or Financial technology industries. A integration of any two or more expertise(s) is a robust advantage.

  • Deep knowledge of payment transaction practices and account statement evaluation.
  • An outstanding team player, results-focused, and very driven.
  • Outstanding logical and analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding comprehension of transaction routing and processing.
  • Robust verbal, speaking and professional writing and people skills.
  • Outstanding schedule control competencies
  • Expertise in banking or Financial technology industry rules or guidelines may be necessary.
