Explanation

In charge of coordinating debt recovery in line with the customer’s rules and methods. This comprises interacting with clients to recover obligations, discussing terms repayment strategies, preserving precise records, and making sure adherence with legal & regulatory qualifications. Some client engagements may occur outside consistent operating hours.

Primary duties

• Implement debt recovery actions using authorized operational structures and standard procedures.
• Reach out clients via multiple platforms to guide them of debt status and recovery steps.
• Bargain realistic and affordable repayment strategies.
• Report to higher support tier key concerns or findings to the Recovery Effectiveness Manager.
• Verify that every actions match with compliance guidelines, client care principles, and organisation rules.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification 
• At least 2 years’ expertise in debt recovery.
• Solid understanding of collections and lawful recovery methods.
• Expertise operating with finance Management operational structures.
• Comprehension of client care principles and adherence qualifications.
