Role summary
We immediately need to hire a On-site Nursing officer who will be in charge of offering basic first assist, analyzing an employee’s health and offering starting diagnosis on medical terms, preserving employee health records and the custodian of First assist box in-field.
Duties
- Stores, manages and track first assist treatments on injuries, accidents and other health associated illness.
- Carry out consistent examination and check-up of employees.
- Arranges documentation on servicing & maintenance of precise nursing and medical records.
- Helps the crisis-management on the project on-site.
- Participates to routine discussions of workers and employees in-field.
- Serves as a first aider in-field.
- Refer patients to the nearest HMO hospital for cases that cannot be managed by the on-site clinic.
- Any other medical associated assignment(s) allocated in-field.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have at least Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Nursing
- 2-4 years applicable operating expertise as a nursing officer in well a organized establishment
- Registered Nursing officer certification is a necessity.
