Duties

• The incumbent of this role will be in charge of coordinating the Hatchery’s Day processes, by generating day-old chicks at the accurate quantity and quality at the lowest cost
• Coordinating and managing hatchery initiatives
• Supervising facility tools, repairs, and servicing & maintenance
• Make sure that all bio-guard guidelines and standardized processes are in place and are firmly was aligned with
• Oversee and preserve on a weekly basis hatch plans
• Direct oversight of employees
• Workplace safety and wellness.

Organizing of:

• Egg strategy
• Move
• Set strategy
• Hatch
• Orders and Loading of Trucks.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Veterinary Sciences/ Agriculture Science (Animal Generation).
• At least 5 – 6 years of expertise in Business-related Hatchery process and management, and a good comprehension of various Hatchery machines like EMKA, INDIAN, Verify 7, etc.
• Expertise in Hatchery Processes
• Meticulousness with a systematic, methodical approach
• Capability to solve challenges and take corrective action
• Effective guidance and executive skills
• Comprehension of Poultry Physiology and Embryology
• Clear articulation and People Competencies
• Hatchery Servicing & maintenance.

Computer literate:

• MS Excel
