Group Head at Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB) in Lagos

Position Objective

The Group Head will offer organizational approach and monitoring for the GATEWAY Programme’s group management endeavors across various states in Nigeria. The position will concentration on producing and sustaining a thriving group ecosystem that enables marginalized youth, women, and at risk groups to participate actively, entry assets, and transition into meaningful learning and work avenues. The Group Head will design and execute the entire public involvement plan, build robust linkages with hubs, gig channels, and ecosystem associates, and ensure the programme’s networks are welcoming, reachable, and influential. The Head will oversee and train Group Managers and Learning Group Planners, making sure uniformity, creative invention, and quality in dispatch across all states.

Credentials Education:

Bsc in Community-related Sciences, Communications, Social advancement, or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).

Expertise:

• 8–10 years of progressive expertise in group executive guidance, youth mobilization, or large-scale relation programs.
• Demonstrated expertise designing and executing multi-state or multi-country group plans.
• Track document of coordinating top level group managers, relation officers, or voluntary assistants.
• Proven expertise operating with marginalized populations, especially youth and women, and building welcoming ecosystems.

Competencies and Skills:

• Effective guidance and team lead competencies with expertise mentoring and training teams.
• Improved strategic organizing and implementation competencies in social advancement.
• Outstanding interpersonal, bargain, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Deep knowledge of digital relation resources, social media, and group data analysis.
• Capability to design welcoming, ability to scale, and analytics-based public involvement models.
• Proficient in dispute settlement, trust-building, and ecosystem collaboration development.
• Logical mentality with the capability to convert data into practical findings for programme advancement.
