Role summary:

Our customer, a worldwide mining solutions organisation, is looking for an skilled Proposal/Entry Author, who will be in charge of producing, editing, and managing captivating and conforming tender responses that convey the essence of customer’s capabilities, values, and dedication to HSEQT. The objective is to guarantee that entries are clear, regular, attractive, and in sync with both customer qualifications and guidelines.

Duties

• Compose and refine proposal responses with precision and visual precision.
• Organize payments and inputs from technical and business-related teams.
• Ensure uniformity in communication tone, style, and framework across documents.
• Preserve and modify proposal design frameworks and associated recordkeeping.
• Supply prompt entries of proposals and assisting documents.
• Ensure content quality meets customer qualifications and organisation guidelines.
• Support to delivering high success rates in tender methods.
• Integrate HSEQT obligations and adherence into proposals.
• Bring to attention safety, long-term viability, and quality measures within entries.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Communications, Business, Engineering, or a associated discipline.
• At least 5 years’ expertise in specialist drafting, editing, or proposals.
• Bilingual competence in English and French.
• Outstanding drafting, editing, and content development competencies.
• Robust synchronization and corporate abilities.
• High meticulousness and capability to deliver within strict timelines.
