Role summary

We are looking for a agile and meticulous Project Service officer (Dispatch Implementation Supervisor) to join our Process Automatic control dispatch team in sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Nigeria, this position is pivotal in making sure smooth project implementation through SAP and other business operational structures, assisting PMs, finance, stock chain, and technical groups.

Duties

• Oversee comprehensive SAP project flow: formation, setup, lifecycle management, and technical finalization.
• Confirm and schedule orders/agreements from Sales & Tendering teams, making sure proper recordkeeping and authorizations.
• Produce and oversee SRM/Public relations flows for project buys and solutions.
• Track project achievements and increase bills upon verification, assisting Finance and Credit teams.
• Produce and distribute project documentation: cost, invoicing, projections, timesheets, and more.
• Work alongside PMs to preserve invoicing precision and achievement projections.
• Regulate organized cost and income allocation across projects and solutions.
• Offer SAP assist to internal teams, which includes timesheet setup and entry management.
• Supervise timesheet-based service invoicing and order input.
• Produce and oversee cost collectors for non-project expenditures and ensure proper cost distribution.
• Confirm vendor bills and ensure accurate distribution and processing.
• Assist GCS setup for servicing & maintenance agreements, which includes operational sites and tools.
• Offer managerial assist: recordkeeping, adherence, commute appointments, and client communication link.

This position documentation straight to the Dispatch Manager, Process Automatic control, English Speaking Africa, and works closely with cross-operational teams spanning processes, finance, engineering, and digital transformation.

Credentials

• A four-year Academic qualification in Electrical and electronics Engineering, Process Automatic control, Regulate Engineering, or a associated discipline, or equivalent industry expertise.
• At least 4 years of related experience in the Petroleum sector, Engineering Solutions, or Process Automatic control sectors.
• Project coordination accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a distinct advantage.
