Development and Business Development Officer at an Oil & Gas Training & Business Development Company - CVL HR Consulting in Lagos

Overview

We’re seeking a smart and self-motivated lady to assist oversee our development processes and grow our customer base.

Primary duties

• Track and offer for development roles in the petroleum sector sector (public and private)
• Register the organization on applicable offering and procurement channels (e.g. NIPEX, NCDMB portals)
• Organize and send proposals, EOIs, and technical/business-related offers
• Preserve a calendar of upcoming tenders, due dates, and customer follow-ups
• Organize logistics for capacity-building plans: facilitators, venues, materials, and response
• Stand for the organization at professional forums, exhibitions, and business forums
• Build and sustain connections with possibility customers and industry connections
• Help in conceptualizing promotion content (emails, brochures, social platforms)
• Track customer questions, proposals sent, and transformation rates.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Community-related Sciences, or relevant field
• 2-4 and above years of related experience (ideally in petroleum sector, development and Development in Banking or advising)
• Robust proposal drafting and record managing competencies
• Assured, well-spoken, and capable to stand for the organization competently
• Must be structured, initiative-driven, and capable to juggle duties Preferred Competencies:
• Understanding with NIPEX, NCDMB, and procurement methods in petroleum sector
• Previous expertise in development or business development
• Clear expression and relationship building competencies
• Meticulousness and capability to operate with minimal oversight.
