Position Overview

We are looking for a transformational COO who can take the firm from a celebrated 10-year achievement into a new era of growth, creative invention, and operations excellency. This position needs a seasoned leader who comprehends the efficient-moving fashion landscape and can convert innovative perspective into business success. You will supervise comprehensive processes — from production operations and stock chain management to stock organizing, cost optimization, and dispatch — while empowering the firm to scale its lifestyle line, elevate service offerings, and supply superiority across wholesale, in-store, and direct-to-buyer channels.

Credentials & Expertise

• Proven executive team expertise (COO, VP of Processes, or equivalent) in the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry.
• Robust competence in production operations processes, quality assurance, and stock chain management.
• Expertise in initiating new product lines, especially in premium experience or premium fashion.
• Exhibited success in scaling made-to-measure, custom, or personalized fashion solutions.
• Competence in omni-channel processes and requirement predicting.
• Robust financial strategic insight and business data analysis competencies.
• A leader with aspiration, creativeness, and the capability to implement in dynamic, trend-driven environments.
