Job Description
Role summary
A objective-built campus situated in core of Lagos, hereby pursue driven, skilled and diligent School Library officer to join the institution.
Financial planning:
Coordinating the library's financial plan, assigning capital for new assets, and directing accessibility of records.
Servicing & maintenance:
Making sure the library's assets, tools, and environment are clean, tidy, and in good operating order.
Syllabus Partnership:
Operating with teachers to combine library assets and information literacy into classroom lessons and projects.
Analysis Support:
Leading students in their analysis endeavors, assisting them recognize and entry applicable materials for tasks.
Literacy Programs:
Conceptualizing and running programs to advance reading, which includes story times, reading groups, and author events.
Supporting Reading:
Producing library displays and advising students on suitable literature to motivate a lifelong love of reading.
Group Building:
Nurturing positive connections with students, teachers, and the wider school group to make the library a central asset.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of expertise operating as a school library officer. Close proximity to the Island.

- In addition, ongoing Resume must comprise of full description of three specialist referees, one of whom must be the candidate’s ongoing or most recent work place.
