Job Description

We are recruiting an skilled Engineering operations manager to head and grow one of our cross-operational technical groups.
You will be in charge of making sure the dispatch of premium quality software, nurturing an environment that fosters partnership, and assisting engineers in their career progression.
This is a practical executive function: while you won’t be anticipated to be coding full-time, you should be competent of diving into technical discussions and leading architectural decisions.
The Engineering operations manager will team up with product, frontend, Development-operations, and Quality assurance teams to supply dependable, ability to scale, and secure operational structures.

Clear articulation competencies – capable to operate with both technical and non-technical participants.
Capability to balance technical trade-offs with business key focuses.
Expertise running nimble dispatch methods (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
Established history of top technical groups (2+ years as EM, TL, or equivalent).
Robust expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, and Express and React (or similar stacks)
Deep knowledge of REST API visual design rules and industry standards.
Expertise with asynchronous programming, error managing, and effectiveness optimization in Node.js.
Understanding with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, or Nomad).
Expertise with Git-based processes (GitHub, GitLab, or similar).

Understanding with PHP/Laravel (for engagement with our legacy operational base).
Comprehension of guard industry standards for backend solutions.
Expertise with automated running test frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Exposure to distributed or modular, independently deployable services-based architectures.
