Position Objective

To convert Farmz2u’s worldwide aspiration into a high-effect, commercially viable Nigerian programme. The Country Director will implement strategic key focuses in Nigeria across structure deploying, high-value goods exports, and funding creative invention. This position blends business executive guidance, market implementation, and business-related strategic insight to build a lucrative and ability to scale model that supplies both financial returns and quantifiable effect for farmers and buyers.

Key Credentials

• 6+ years’ executive guidance expertise in agribusiness, banking (agricultural desk), trade finance, or goods exports.
• Skilled applicants from the agricultural desk of local corporate banks will be prioritized.
• Verified ability to build and scale commercially viable agricultural models.
• Verified ability to framework and implement large-scale trade finance financial record.
• Robust network across Nigerian agribusiness, financial institutions, and export markets.
• Competence in stock chain processes, structure projects, and long-term viability adherence.
• Exhibited success in scaling business units and shaping regulatory framework.
• Deep knowledge of structure investments, stock chain management, and high-value goods markets.
