Chief of Adherence - Compliance, Risk & Compliance-related Affairs at ETC Workforce Services Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Adherence to head our adherence operation, guarantee alignment to compliance obligations, and embed a robust culture of business oversight and risk mitigation strategy. This is a high-effect position preferred for experts with a strong experience in adherence, regulatory framework development, and internal regulates.

Duties

• Formulate, execute, and preserve the company’s adherence structure, rules, and standardized processes.
• Track compliance-related progress updates and guarantee promptness formation into organisation processes.
• Head internal control reviews and risk evaluations, recognizing differences and endorsing corrective actions.
• Guarantee adherence with all relevant local, national, and industry-specific legal provisions and rules.
• Serve as the primary communication link with compliance-related bodies and external auditors.
• Establish internal regulates and deliver session to advance ethical conduct and compliance-related consciousness.
• Organize with internal departments to guarantee organisation-wide adherence with guidelines and procedures.
• Explore adherence breaches and supervise the execution of disciplinary or corrective actions.
• Organize and show adherence documentation to executive team and board panels.
• Formulate a adherence calendar and supervise periodic assessments and recordkeeping.
• Advance an environment that fosters transparency, responsibility, and ethical carry out across the company.
• Head the adherence team and assist their career advancement and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Law, Finance, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 7 years related experience and 4 years in supervisory role
• Thorough comprehension of compliance obligations, business oversight guidelines, and standardized best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing adherence frameworks and internal regulates.
• Effective guidance and strategic judgment competencies with the capability to shape at all levels of the company.
• Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and coordination abilities.
• Exceptional verbal abilities; documented and verbal, which includes the capability to show to senior management.
• Qualifications which includes CAMS, CCEP, or similar (preferred).
