Position Overview

The E-Commerce Organizer will supervise the organization’s online sales processes, making sure smooth customer experience, productive order management, and growth of digital sales channels. The position includes coordinating product listings, supervising sales effectiveness, and carrying out plans to grow online visibility and income.

Primary duties

• Oversee and modify product listings, summaries, and pricing across e-commerce channels.
• Process client orders, track shipments, and guarantee promptness dispatch.
• Track online sales effectiveness and produce documentation for management.
• Organize with promotion to execute online marketing and campaigns.
• Manage client questions, service issues, and response on digital channels.
• Enhance website/e-commerce operational base for better UX and switches.
• Evaluate sales practices and offer strategic guidance for growth.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, or relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years of expertise in e-commerce processes or digital sales.
• Understanding with online marketplaces and e-commerce channels.
• Clear expression and planning abilities.
