Position Overview

The Store Manager will supervise the day-to-day activities of the supermarket, making sure smooth organizational operations, most effective inventory management, outstanding client support, and productive employee output. Work tasks

• Supervise routine supermarket processes, which includes sales, inventory regulate, and employees synchronization.
• Oversee, educate, and motivate employees to attain top-notch support dispatch and productivity.
• Oversee vendor connections, bargain stock terms, and guarantee promptness restocking of goods.
• Proactively observe industry trends and rivals to endorse plans for rising profit margin.
• Execute and advance organisation rules, methods, and standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).

Role expectations

• At least Higher national diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Management, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years demonstrated expertise as a Store Manager, Manager, or similar position in a supermarket or in-store environment.
• Solid understanding of stock management, sales, and in-store processes.
• Competence in Ms office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in POS operational structures and in-store management software is a plus.
