Overview

We are looking for a agile and outcomes-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. This role requires someone with a solid experience in promotion and business development who can assume responsibility of producing and carrying out plans to lead the growth of our organisation.

Duties

• Recognize and produce new commercial opportunities in the marketplace.
• Formulate and sustain connections with possibility customers, associates, and participants.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize emerging practices and attractive landscape.
• Help in the formation and implementation of promotional initiatives.
• Organize business proposals and demonstrations to secure new business.
• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee smooth project dispatch.
• Meet or exceed established revenue goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• A academic qualification in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field (Bachelor's degree or Higher national diploma).
• At least 2 years of expertise in business development or promotion.
• Clear expression, bargain, and public speaking.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Competence in Ms office tools and CRM resources.
• Understanding with digital promotion plans will be an added advantage.
