Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative and analytics-based Social platforms Expert to oversee and grow the organization online presence. The preferred candidate will be in charge of conceptualizing compelling content, coordinating marketing, building corporate identity consciousness, and pushing audience relation across all social platforms channels.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement social platforms plans in sync with organisation targets.
• Oversee daily initiatives across channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Produce, refine, and issue compelling content.
• Track social platforms practices, resources, applications, and rivals.
• Engage with online networks, address messages/comments, and foster connections.
• Track, evaluate, and documentation key indicators (relation, reach, switches).
• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee regular corporate identity communication tone.
• Suggest and execute enhancements to grow corporate identity visibility and relation.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Media, or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of demonstrated expertise in social platforms management (ideally in hiring process, Human resources solutions, or FMCG/technology).
• Deep knowledge of content formation, group management, and data analysis.
• Competence in resources like Canva( Firmly preferred), Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Expertise running social platforms ad marketing.
• Robust copywriting, narrative creation, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate independently, deliver on time, and adjust in a dynamic environment.
