The Tax Expert, Projects & Adherence Management is in charge of making sure tax adherence across various projects, coordinating tax risks, and offering tax proficiency to assist the organization’s strategic programs. This position includes monitoring tax implications connected with key projects, coordinating adherence with tax legal provisions, and making sure that tax concerns are adequately resolved throughout the program duration. The Tax Expert will collaborate with project teams, finance, lawful, and external participants to guarantee that tax obligations are fulfilled and recognize avenues for tax effectiveness.

Operational Skills:

• Deep understanding of tax legal provisions and rules, especially as they refer to large-scale projects.
• Skilled in getting ready tax documentation, returns, and recordkeeping for project-associated taxes.
• Competence in conceptualizing tax plans and systems for large projects.
• Expertise coordinating tax audits and addressing disputes with tax governing bodies.
• Capability to operate with cross-functional teams to guarantee tax is accordingly factored into business decisions.

Must-Possess abilities:

• Robust logical and analytical abilities with the capability to analyze sophisticated tax rules.
