Position Overview

The Facility specialist will be in charge of the servicing & maintenance, safety, and productive functioning of all facilities across the QSR/In-store outlets and chief workspace. The position make sure that outlets remain business, well-preserved, and conforming with health, safety, and compliance guidelines, assisting smooth dining venue/in-store processes and a great customer experience.

Primary duties

• Servicing & maintenance & Repairs: Track and organize repairs of tools, utilities, and building operational structures (e.g., Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, generators, cold storage, and kitchen tools).
• Outlet Assist: Verify that every outlets are fully operational by dealing with facility-associated concerns promptly to reduce non-operational time.
• Preventive Servicing & maintenance: Formulate and execute preventive servicing & maintenance plans for tools and facilities.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external service providers, service vendors, and technicians for prompt and cost-efficient service dispatch.
• Health & Regulatory adherence: Ensure outlets adhere with safety, fire, and hygiene guidelines as necessary by compliance-related governing bodies.
• Resource control: Preserve precise records of facility assets, repairs, warranties, and service record.
• Utilities Supervising: Track utility usage (electricity, water, fuel, etc.) and execute cost-saving measures.
• New Outlets Setup: Assist facility setup and suit-out for new outlets, making sure preparedness before opening.
• Status updates: Organize consistent documentation on facility status, servicing & maintenance initiatives, and connected expenses.

Key Qualifications

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or associated fields.
• 2–4 years’ expertise in facility management, ideally in QSR, in-store, or hospitality.
• Solid understanding of building operational structures (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and kitchen/in-store tools.
• Understanding with health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
• Expertise coordinating vendors and service vendors.
• Good issue resolution and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure and take action quickly to crises.
