Job Description
Position Objective
- In charge to execute and uphold ABInBev safety guidelines.
- Oversee the Brewery, Allocation, Stock and Warehousing operation so that client support levels can be optimized and that benchmarked productivity guidelines are fulfilled.
- Execute standard operating methods in line with DPO guidelines.
- Oversee VLC, ZBB and FLC financial plans in line with yearly flexed targets.
Key Position duties Safety:
- Ensures a safe and healthy operating environment for within and outside the organization participants
- Make sure that legislative qualifications are fulfilled in line with the qualifications
- Sustains a stable framework of SIO production and close out
- Every quarter Safety assessments are executed with the RLM and RSD to detect threat practices and risk reduction strategies
- Concludes an yearly risk evaluate of within and outside the organization methods, recognizing applicable risk reduction strategies and executing them.
Quality:
- Make sure that logistics teams follow Quality standard procedures specified by the Zone so that clients accept inventory as per ABInbev Quality standard procedures
- Aligns with Zone hindering mechanisms to guarantee that prevented inventory is at no time a risk to our participants
- Supervises DOC & Inventory age for finished goods inventories in order to proactively recognize avenues or ease compose off risks with operational peers in Organizing, Production operations and Business-related
DPO/VPO:
- Make sure that Routine, On a weekly basis and Periodic session routines are was aligned with in line with compulsory DPO/VPO standard procedures (OWD's, SCL, MCL, Compulsory sessions)
- Executes the Routine Logistics Meeting as per the specified TOR's listed in the DPO structure
- Make sure that Methods are standardized through SOP's and work guidelines are tracked and upgraded upon using Business Work Diagnoses (OWD's)
- 5S routines and advancement exercises are executed on a on a weekly basis and every month basis to uphold DC Room maintenance services guidelines
- Yearly Business Summaries are conceptualize per operational unit, taking into account SWOT Evaluation and key business imperatives.
- Tracks KPI's on a routine, on a weekly basis and every month basis in line with DPO TOR. Make sure that suitable issue resolution resources are submitted application for out-of-range KPI's in line with VPO/DPO structured approach
Ongoing development:
- Encourages an environment that fosters ongoing development by making sure that routines and process are in sync to best-in-class guidelines through efficient benchmarking
- Engages with PBP and make sure that the Development Needs Evaluation (TNA) record is preserved in line with ongoing business qualifications for employee training
- Make sure that TNA on a weekly basis and Every month development plans are was aligned with.
- Leads a issue resolution culture through the use of DPO Issue resolution resources (e.g. 5 Why, Abnormality Documentation, OWD's, GAPA, PDCA) from Shopfloor to top level management
IR:
- Sustains a healthy IR climate by carrying out recorded every month collaborations with Union delegates
- Make sure that the Shopfloor are in sync in terms of targets and meeting routines to lead ongoing development
- Make sure that Every month One on Ones are executed in line with the target evaluation procedure.
- Sustains a healthy IR climate with Associates (Owner Drivers, Temp Work, Contracted out Solutions) through recorded SLA Sessions
- Information exchange channels are launch to applicable participants through Every month All Employee sessions
Compliance:
Make sure that internal adherence regulates are was aligned with in terms of Vendor payments, SOX and LSA regulates. Make sure that management teams are prepared on the Code of Business Carry out and full compliance is in place. Efficient use of the Adherence Channel is preserved
Performance threshold &OTIF:
- Make sure that T1 TCT is preserved to enable Inventory and Empties movements from and to the brewery
- Engages with Sales to guarantee RTI's are preserved to reduce wrapping non-operational time.
- Ensures there is full compliance to Stock Regulatory framework within Warehouse.
- Ensures there is full compliance to Bottle loss regulatory framework
- Supervises Performance threshold Agreements (SLA) on a on a weekly basis basis with Fleet, Quality and T1 processes
- Escalates applicable MBFU regulatory framework transgressions and takes suitable actions
- Supervises on a weekly basis SLA with Sales with transparently recorded information on Sizing, Sales projection and Possibility Inventory compose offs. Effectiveness measures to be divided on a weekly basis comprise of Refusals effectiveness, Sales Curve index, OODD, Drop size and OOS restrictions
- Make sure that internal SLA agreements between Client support and Logistics are preserved
Financial plans:
- Leads a full compliance to flexed financial plans with the Dispatch and Warehouse management teams.
- Make sure that responsibility is in sync to bundle owners
- Assumes entire responsibility for Brewery Logistics Spend.
- Make sure that Management teams carry out sizing on a on a weekly basis and every month basis in line with the Sales strategy. Sizing risks are recognized and applicable actions taken to reduce risk.
- Accounts for over/underspends on a on a weekly basis and every month basis reliant on the GL Frequency.

At least Qualifications
- 3-year Academic qualification in Logistics or any other relevant field
- At least 4 years of expertise which includes Management, Logistics, Allocation/Warehousing and Finance
