Job Description

Head the organizing, implementation, and dispatch of promotion projects and marketing from idea to finalization.
Act as the primary point of reach out between customers and internal teams, making sure requirements are transparently comprehend and met.
Organize cross-operational teams which includes creatives, UI/UX professionals, copywriters, and digital brand promoters to supply premium quality results.
Formulate delivery schedules, financial plans, and asset strategies, making sure due dates and targets are fulfilled.
Track project effectiveness, settle hurdles, and adjust strategies as needed to attain outcomes.
Supervise quality assurance on all outputs to preserve corporate identity uniformity and superiority.
Organize and show consistent project status reports, documentation, and effectiveness findings to customers and participants.
Promote a cooperative, outcomes-driven environment inside the project team.

Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Project coordination, or a relevant field.
3–5 years’ demonstrated expertise in project coordination within a promotion, marketing, or innovative agency.
Deep knowledge of promotion methods, digital channels, and marketing implementation.
Competence in project coordination resources.
Outstanding customer-facing verbal abilities, with the capability to build and preserve solid connections.
Effective guidance, corporate, and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
Issue resolution mentality with a concentration on supplying innovative initiatives.
Typing competencies of 40WPM.
