Duties

• Oversee and oversee all food manufacturing workflows at the central kitchen, making sure prompt and regular project setup of meals across multiple outlets and canteens.
• Strategy and organize routine generation plans based on client requirement and orders from different outlets. Make sure that food generation meets quality benchmarks while preserving cost-performance.
• Track stock levels, track food inventory, and make sure that unedited ingredients and wrapping materials are repeatedly accessible. Oversee procurement to meet generation needs while minimizing waste.
• Make sure that all food items generated meet the organization’s guidelines for quality, taste, visual communication, and food safety. Execute quality assurance measures throughout the process of generation.
• Organize the on-time completion of readied food to various outlets and canteens. Make sure that food orders are bundled properly and dispatched on time to meet client demands.
• Collaborate with the sales and processes teams to projection generation volumes based on upcoming needs. Documentation on generation effectiveness, stock usage, and waste management routinely.
• Make sure that all kitchen tools is in good operating requirement and that standard procedure servicing & maintenance is carried out to prevent disruptions in food generation. Supervise the servicing & maintenance of kitchen facilities and storage zones.
• Formulate and execute plans to reduce food waste, enhance ingredient usage, and advance long-term viability in food generation. Track and documentation on long-term viability programs and their effect.
• Oversee connections with suppliers and vendors to guarantee the on-time completion of premium quality ingredients and materials. Bargain agreements and pricing to guarantee cost-efficient buying.
• Handle business hurdles, settle generation setbacks, and make sure that kitchen processes run smoothly. Diagnose issues concerns connected with food quality, manpower planning, or tools.
