Role summary

We are looking for a agile and skilled Human resources Manager to head and oversee the internal HR operation of our organisation while assisting key customer Human resources projects as needed. The preferred candidate will make sure that our internal team lead procedures match with industry standards and local work legal provisions, while supporting proficiency to assist supply outstanding Human resources initiatives to our customers.

Duties

• Supervise the organization’s daily Human resources processes, which includes hiring process, orientation, workplace engagement, results tracking, development and development, and offboarding.
• Formulate, execute, and preserve Human resources rules and standardized processes that adhere with local work legal provisions and standardized best practices.
• Organize the work assessment process and assist line managers with efficiency boost strategies and employee development programs.
• Act as the main point of reach out for employee matters, employee concerns, and disciplinary standardized processes, making sure fair and regular solution.
• Organize and preserve precise Human resources documentation, indicators, and dashboards for management strategic judgment.
• Offer Human resources professional guidance on projects for customers as allocated e.g., regulatory framework design, adherence audits, or contracted out Human resources management.
• Advocate programs that promote a healthy professional environment, lead employee relation, and assist retention.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or relevant field. Applicable a member of a professional body (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
• At least 5 – 7 years of progressive Human resources generalist expertise, with a minimum of 2 – 3 years in a leadership or executive position
• Deep knowledge of local work legal provisions, Human resources industry standards, and Human resources consultative methods.
• Outstanding corporate and analytical abilities. Robust interpersonal and information exchange abilities. Capability to oversee various key focuses and projects.
• Competence in Human resources software and MS Workspace Suite.
