Job Description

The Head Financial officer is in charge of offering strategic financial executive guidance, making sure strong finance Management, and assisting maintainable value formation in the organization’s processes.
The position encompasses monitoring of budgeting, capital financial funding, risk mitigation strategy, joint initiative accounting, and financial adherence.
Collaborate with the CEO and top management to strategize and implement the upstream corporate plan.
Lead long-term budgeting in sync with reserve replacement, generation targets, and capital effectiveness.
Recognize and oversee financial and business risks specific to upstream initiatives.

Bsc in finance, accounting, or a relevant field; Master of business administration or CPA preferred.
At least 25 years’ expertise in oilfield solutions, with a minimum of 8 years in senior management.
Understanding with upstream petroleum sector processes, which includes exploration, generation, reservoir and rig management, is advantageous.
Established history of executive team expertise in finance, ideally inside the petroleum sector industry.
Robust financial strategic insight with a strong insight of accounting principles, financial evaluation, and business finance.
Exhibited capability to formulate and implement financial plans that lead business expansion and produce value.
Strategic thinker with the capability to evaluate sophisticated concerns, make sound decisions, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
