Job Description
Main Operation
The Program officer will be in charge of assisting the organizing, execution, supervising, and assessment of the Foundation’s projects and programs making sure dispatch within scope, financial plan, and timelines. This position includes close partnership with faith networks, Christian entities, associates, and participants to formulate influential program in sync with the Foundation’s purpose.
M&E, and Status updates
- Track project achievements, financial plan utilization, and effectiveness indicators.
- Organize and show consistent advancement documentation for executive review and donors.
- Record lessons learned and industry standards for ongoing development.
Expertise
2–3 years’ expertise in project coordination inside the non-profit or faith-based sector.
Competencies
- Robust corporate, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
- Competence in Ms office tools and project coordination resources.
- Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Enthusiasm for Christian ministry and alignment with the company’s purpose and values.
